Our Facilities
We operate from a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility covering over 50,000 square feet.
We have 16 CNC machines, covering a range of size from 5mm diameter to 3 meters in diameter across both turning and milling operations. Large doors allow building access for 7m x 7m single items to be brought it to the shop for process. A 20-ton lift capacity at our manufacturing site and a 32-ton lift capacity at our fabrication site allows us to lift safety and without damage to items.
Following recent investments of £1.8m, our CNC plant now features high-specification Mazak machinery, while our welding bays offer automated TIG welding equipment and a computer-controlled furnace.
