Probe has significant experience manufacturing wellheads for geothermal applications, designed to operate reliably in high-temperature, corrosive environments.
These components are engineered with Inconel cladding across all wetted areas, providing excellent resistance to corrosion, erosion, and thermal degradation. The cladding process is tightly controlled to ensure metallurgical integrity and consistent performance under demanding conditions.
Final-stage machining is carried out to extremely tight tolerances, ensuring precise alignment, sealing performance and dimensional accuracy. This level of control is critical to maintaining functionality and durability in service, particularly where pressure, temperature cycling and aggressive fluids are present.
