Hydrostatic Pressure Testing

All pressure-retaining equipment manufactured and fabricated by Probe undergoes hydrostatic pressure testing prior to release, ensuring compliance with relevant design codes, specifications and client requirements. 

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

Probe delivers structured Factory Acceptance Testing to confirm that equipment meets its intended function and complies with project specifications prior to dispatch. FAT activities are developed in line with defined test procedures and can include assembly verification, pre-test inspection, hydrostatic testing and post-test inspection where required.  

FAT can be carried out entirely by Probe or in collaboration with client representatives at our facilities, providing full visibility, assurance and documented verification before delivery. 

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

Our dedicated NDT capability enables in-house inspection and verification throughout the manufacture and assembly process. Probe’s technicians are PCN Level 2 qualified, supporting a range of inspection techniques to ensure weld quality, material integrity and compliance with project specifications. 

By integrating NDT within our operations, we maintain full control over quality, reduce reliance on external services, and ensure efficient, schedule-aligned project delivery.
